View Others' Assignments
This adds a tab to the assignments tab that allows you to view all others' assignments within Clerk Tools.
Add/Edit Others' Assignments
This enables the dropdown when adding assignments to allow you to add an assignment to someone else in the system. It also allows you to edit others' assignments.
Transfer Assignment to Others
This gives the user the ability to take an assignment given to them and assign it to someone else to complete.
Manage All Agendas
This allows a user to view, edit, delete and create agendas within the system.
View Callings
This enables the Calling tab on the left hand menu system. It allows a user read-only access into viewing callings and what their current status is.
Manage Callings
This permission enables a user to add, edit and delete callings within the system.
View Ordinations
This enables the Ordinations tab on the left hand menu system. It allows a user read-only access into viewing ordinations and what their current status is.
Manage Ordinations
This permission enables a user to add, edit and delete ordinations within the system.
View Missionaries
This enables the Missionaries tab on the left hand menu system. It allows a user read-only access into viewing missionaries and what their current status is.
Manage Missionaries
This permission enables a user to add, edit and delete missionaries within the system.
View Users
This will enable a user to see a list of the users within the system. They will not be able to edit users however, that is reserved for admin's only.
Manage Meetings
Grants permission to a user to add, edit and delete meetings within Clerk Tools, as well as which users have access to those meetings.
Manage High Council
This setting allows a user to not only view the high council list but update who the high councilors are, which wards they have stewardship over as well as what the high councilors assignments are.
